We offer training to suit all staff, from introductory food safety basics right through to achieving a five-star rating in the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme.
How does it work?
Training is delivered via video and written content which is accessed by logging into our training platform. The course materials usually take two to four hours to work through, although the more advanced courses can take up to 14 hours.
Every course ends with a multiple choice assessment. You can retry the exam as many times as you need and you will receive your certificate of completion as soon as you pass the exam. This certificate can then be printed as evidence of your qualification.

Food Safety Level 1
This online course is suitable for those working in a catering environment who are not directly involved in the preparation or handling of high-risk foods, but work in an environment where food is handled elsewhere or only deal with low-risk foods. It is also ideal for those working with pre-packaged or wrapped food.

Food Safety Level 2
This course is ideal for anyone who works where food is cooked, prepared or handled. Legislation states that food handlers must be trained in-line with their work activity; this course is accredited by HABC and accepted by local authorities and offers full compliance for high-risk food handlers.

Food Safety Level 3
For those in a supervisory role with a need for more advanced knowledge and understanding. Legislation states food handlers must be trained in-line with their work activity; this course is accredited by HABC and accepted by local authorities and offers full compliance for supervisors in the food industry.
